“The Lord is raising a Generation of Firestarters who are dissatisfied with the status quo of religion and are pressing in for fresh oil, a fresh outpouring of God’s presence, and to experience His tangible glory. These Firestarters are not of a certain demographic, age, gender, or race; but, are Agents of Change. This NEW BREED of Leader has been through the fires of adversity and the wilderness of humility, all of which has tempered them to carry God’s glory. They are the obscure ones who will serve faithfully and not compromise the truth and stand unashamed for the Lord. They will not bow to humanism or bend the knee to blended religion. They will speak with great authority and will be released throughout the earth walking in unprecedented power and will turn the world upside down for Christ.”
These Firestarters will have the eyes of the Prophet and the heart of the Evangelist. These Firestarters are not going to be tied to the Altar; but, are being released to the four corners of the earth as they declare the Word of the Lord with great precision. They will set the church on fire and will kindle the flame in the lost with a balanced message of Grace and Truth… The Hallmark of their ministry will be, “I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom … but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.” 1 Corinthians 2:1-5. These Firestarters have been sent from the Throne of Heaven for such a time as this to prepare the way of the Lord and make the earth ready His return…

He has an evangelistic heart and his passion is to get the church to move beyond the four walls and operate in the ministerial gifts showing a dead world The Living God.
His bold, energetic, and humorous style is impacting lives with the modern day expression of the prophet and will encourage, inspire and motivate you to pursue your purpose and destiny in God.
With over two decades of full-time ministry behind him, Dr. Thom H. Lounsbury II founded Firestarter Ministries International in order to actively fulfill the mandate God has given him to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ without compromise, to demonstrate the power of the Gospel, and to train others to fulfill their call to minister the Gospel.
Dr. Thom’s mission is to communicate the heart of God, to cross cultural barriers, to touch the untouchable and reach the unreachable. He believes the simple message of the Gospel, and the truths that Christ taught, will build, encourage and inspire people, to transform their lives, to set people free from the heavy yoke of religion, guilt and condemnation by pointing them to Jesus and His finished work at Calvary.
